Back in 2017, I was helping a mate sort out his construction business finances. He'd been paying his accountant $400 an hour for advice that basically boiled down to "track your expenses better." That conversation sparked something.

Kieran spent eight years at Westpac before starting sylaraivonova. He got tired of seeing small businesses struggle with basic financial management while banks pushed expensive products they didn't need. Now he focuses on practical education that actually helps business owners make better decisions.

When he's not running workshops, you'll find him hiking around the Brindabella Ranges or testing new coffee shops in Braddon.
